Job Overview

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth machine operations, quality output, and adherence to process standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment.
  • Analyze machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain documents, reports, and production logs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to reduce defects.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Injection / Blow / Extrusion molding processes.
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Good technical and machine handling skills.
  • Quality awareness and process discipline.
